I'm Jöran Kuschel, a freelance software developer and consultant. I have been building frontends and web applications for more than 20 years. As a team lead and developer at Open-Xchange, I spent over a decade getting to know OX App Suite from the inside, along with the hosting providers and ISPs that run it.
As an experienced product owner and team manager, I think beyond the code: I gather requirements in a structured way, spot risks early and take ownership of projects until they are done. You work directly with the person doing the work – no agency overhead, short decision paths and transparent communication.
